ICA Congress Registration
All registrations and travel reservations for attending the ICA Congress Abu Dhabi 2023 must be made through the official forms and pages of the Congress. Arrangements made with entities outside of the Congress will not be guaranteed any validity.
All registration made before Tuesday, 11 July 2023 will be eligible to avail the early bird rate.

Registration Policy
Important information about group registration
The registrant appointed as the primary contact for the group will assume responsibility for registering all its members, as well as receive detailed information regarding the group’s complete registration. The designated point of contact will also serve as the primary liaison between the group and the registration team.
Group Registration Process
- Go to https://abudhabi2023.ae/en/registration/
- On the ‘Registration type’ page select ‘ICA MEMBER – Institutional’ under your registration option.
- You will then be prompted to submit your ICA membership number and the number of delegates you are looking to register for.
- After submitting the total number of delegates, you will then be directed to the ‘Basic Information’ page where you will be required to submit:
- Basic information about your Head Representative (the group’s main point of contact)
- Basic information and the contact details of each delegate
- If you require interpretation services during the Congress, this is also where you can specify your preferred language
- Options will include Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese
- After sharing the above information, you will be directed to the ‘Participation’ page where you can select the specific activities your group will be participating in. Your options will include (multiple selections are allowed):
- Professional program
- Social Events Each delegate will be extended with a guest pass for their spouse/partner for site visits, gala dinner, and other social events
- Gala Dinner A guest pass will be provided for each delegate’s spouse/partner
- Workshops
Payment Process
- After submitting all the required information within the ‘Registration type’, ‘Basic Information’, and ‘Participation’ pages, you will be directed to the ‘Payment’ page where you can choose your preferred mode of payment. (Current payment options include: Credit card, Bank transfer, and Onsite payment)
- You will know your registration was successful if your assigned main point of contact receives a confirmation email shortly after with the total registration, a summary of your registration, and your registration URN.
- Upon successful registration, each registered delegate under your group will receive a summary of their registration details as further confirmation.
Invoice Information
- All invoices will be issued directly by the Congress’s finance team.
- All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s).
- 5% UAE VAT will be applicable
- For any change on the invoice details (such as an address, VAT number, etc.), please contact the Organization’s team to the email address info@abudhab2023.ae
How to add more activities to your registered participation selection
To update/add to your selected activities, please follow these steps:
- Find the e-mail you received right after your registration to retrieve your URN. The e-mail’s sender is info@abudhabi2023.ae. Please check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
- Send an email to info@abudhabi2023.ae, with your request along with your URN. A member from the Organization’s team will assist you to update your selected activities on your registration.

All delegates will be required to register through https://abudhabi2023.ae/en/registration/ where users will be able to select their registration category within the registration type page.
Categories will include:
- ICA Member – Individual
- ICA Member – Institution
- ICA Member – Student
- ICA Member – Retiree
- Speaker
- NON – ICA Member – Standard Rate
- NON – ICA Member – Student
- NON – ICA Member – Retiree
Student's registrations
- In case you have selected the student fee option, please provide a digital copy of your Student’s ID.
- Please note that your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.
Payment Process
- After submitting all the required information within the ‘Registration type’, ‘Basic Information’, and ‘Participation’ pages, you will be directed to the ‘Payment’ page where you can choose your preferred mode of payment.
- Current payment options include: Credit card, Bank transfer, and Onsite payment
- You will know your registration was successful if you receive a confirmation email shortly after with the total registration, a summary of your registration, and your registration URN.

Cancellation Policy
- Registration cancellations must be notified by email to info@abudhabi2023.ae
- For cancellation requests received 30 days prior to the event’s date, 50% OF TOTAL COST will be charged
- For cancellation requests received within the last 15 days prior to the event date 100% OF TOTAL COST will be charged
- Cancellation of flights or hotel booking made by the Congress page is subject to terms and conditions imposed by airlines, hotels or other third parties
- This scale of charges will apply only from the date the Congress receives written notice by letter, fax or telex. In addition to this scale, the registrant will be liable for any specific cost incurred on his behalf by the Congress. These terms cannot be varied under any circumstances.
- Cancellations made during the Congress dates, as well as ‘no shows’, are not eligible for a refund.
Privacy Policy
- The ICA Congress Abu Dhabi 2023 operates under the General Data Protection Regulation which prohibits organisations from using or processing personal data without the consent of its owner, except for some cases in which the processing is necessary to protect a public interest or to carry out any of the legal procedures and rights.
- The data owner could access all the information available to us and could exercise the rights of cancellation and opposition to their data being used by sending a request to the address: info@abudhabi2023.ae

- Please note that special rates have been arranged for all confirmed delegates and will be available for booking ONLY through the Congress’s Travel page
